With over 26 years of property management experience, Stephanie has earned a reputation for developing talent, inspiring confidence, and delivering practical, high-impact training to the next generation of leasing professionals.
She launched Apt Pros Network after decades of firsthand experience managing multifamily communities, training leasing agents, and seeing the talent gaps and opportunity barriers holding people back. Her mission is to bring heart and hands-on skill development back to the core of property management—empowering people with real tools, real confidence, and real industry connections.
From Entry-Level to Industry Expert
Stephanie's career began like many of her students: from the ground up. She understands what it takes to grow in this industry because she’s done it herself. Over the years, she’s held roles from leasing consultant to senior property manager, and has overseen leasing teams, hiring processes, and community operations across Florida.
She became known for her mentorship style—motivational, hands-on, and deeply invested in student outcomes. That reputation now drives the success of Apt Pros Network and fuels Stephanie’s commitment to building confident, qualified leasing agents in Jacksonville and beyond.
